My sister is so hot and I am so stiff right now what do I do?
My sister has a terrible Temperature. I hurt my back yesterday and I am really stiff. My parents are out right now. How should I help her?
-Call your parents as soon as possible. Put a cool cloth on her head. If you can't get a hold of your parents, call a trusted adult (relative or good family friend). If she is shivering, keep her warm but keep the cloth on.
-She needs fluids but not very much.
