Numb fingertips and one of my toes...?
I suddenly got a numb big toe (left) that was sensitive to touch around 5 months ago. The doctor just sent me away an said its most probley sciatica from a recent pregnancy. Now ive got 3 numb fingertips on my left hand including my thumb. I noticed when in warm water, those fingers feel like their in very hot water and go stif when trying to move them. What is this? surley this canpt be sciatica as isnt that from the back downwards rather than to upper parts of the body?. Ive had also pool eye sight latley thats sensetive to light, my eyes go blury when it a strong light. Not sure if this links....
It could be one of so many things, go back to your doctor and tell him you need referring for a scan. I've got a condition called Chiari Malformation type 1 and I found out I had that after my feet went numb for 3 months
