Cake making?
Im making a Jeff gordon race car cake for my boyfriend birthday I have the race car cake pan but i was curious is fondant easy to owrk with and does it taste good. Or should i just stick with the reg.icing and using the star tips and what not.Help his birthday is July 4th so i gotta start the cake tomorrow.THanks
I've heard fondant can sometimes be a little tricky and it isn't very taste. It looks nice, but I bet you could do a very good job with icing also and it would probably taste better. If you do go with fondant use a good icing for under the fondant so people can just peal it off and still have icing if the dont care for the fondant. Well good luck.
