Am I getting my Adams Apple? (Men Only Please)?
Hey, i am starting to get a bit of a sharp lump in the middle of my throat! It seems tight and mainly just happened today! I do not feel sick but i am sometimes getting bits of mucas from my throat! Again i feel fine i am 16 so i was wondering if this is just part of puberty. Thanks guys
Your "Adam's Apple" is actually a free-forming bone that keeps your internal organs in your neck and throat suspended and in place. It is natural for it to become more pronounced during puberty because your body is changing and most likely you are still growing and your weight changes. Do not worry about it, the the muccus is not from the "Adam's Apple".
