HD DVD died, what should I do?
First off: I was format neutral, I own an HD-D3 and a PS3, although I had way more Blu Ray movies.
Anyway I have two options:
1) Return my HD-D3 to costco for all my money back, try to sell off the 10-15 movies I do have for HD DVD and take a pretty good loss on them, and wait as patiently as possible for those movies to eventually come out in High-Def on Blu Ray (Matrix, Batman Begins, Transformers).
2) Return player for full price, buy player and more movies super cheap from people currently off loading their HD DVD stuff, but be left with a player that will only play so and so many movies (I don't need an upconverting player my PS3 does that fine).
- Which option to pick 1 or 2?
