No.1 Chanel Large Shopping Bag in Stitched Aged Metalized Calfskin
The last Chanel bag! Thank goodness! In fact, Chanel is not my favor. I do not like its conceited Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld. I do not like its vintage interlace chain. I do not like its reissue Chanel 2.55, even its stereotypical black & white palette, and badly innovative creation. However, I have to find its beauty. Well, since this Large Shopping Bag in Stitched Aged Metalized Calfskin is at the top, I believe it must have distinctive glamour. First, I am so happy it is not black or white any more. Karl Lagerfeld finally finds other colors’ charming. Its bronze shade adds more sumptuous and chic characters to this large bag. And matching with aged metalized calfskin and artificial creases, this Chanel bag interprets an aged yet subtle style. The quilted leather is running with herringbone pattern and stitched CC logo as usual. I bet Karl Lagerfeld’s inspiration has been exhausted. That is why almost all the fa?ade ornaments on Chanel bags are similar with Coco Chanel’s since he was at the helm in 1983. Second, it is a pity to see interlace chain again. I cannot believe that Karl Lagerfeld adhered to what Coco Chanel once said in 1955, “I know women, women adorn chains”. But nowadays women have more choices, and to me, I do not like interlace chains at all. It is easy to dirt and hard to clean. Once the metal chain gets rusty, the whole bag becomes the mud, and so does money. Third, I love its measure. The large dimension is prevalent this year. And it is versatile for carrying to work or travel. In the weekend, go shopping or having a picnic with this stunner, you must deserve much head-turning. As for its price of $2,595, it is not so excessive to Chanel plus above points. Collect it, if you are Chanel aficionado, you will love it!
