Golf Swing Speed Challenge Scam
With some research I quickly discovered that the best way to hit the ball further is to simply increase swing speed. It was a fact…I was hitting my drives only 220-225 yards because my swing speed was about 90 mph. No amount of practice or swing changes was ever going to change that.
So I used my extensive knowledge of how to get the maximum performance out of the human body to create a program to increase my swing speed. After creating this program I put myself through it and I gained 44.3 yards in distance!
Now if you don't already know this, for every 1 mph of club head speed you improve you'll gain about 2.2 yards of distance. So I increased my club head speed by 20.2 mph. Multiply that by 2.2 and you get 44.44. I just rounded it down to 44.3 yards.
Naturally this huge amount of extra distance I've gained is making golf so much more fun for me because I can now reach some par 5′s in two. I have shorter shots into the greens, so I have more birdie putts and my swing feels so much easier now. But I'm also hitting the ball so much further!
After my great results I got to wondering whether or not other golfers would also hit the golf ball further by following this program. So I got a team together and we got a small bunch of golfers from all around the world to try out this program.
