Any training tips for someone who wants to be a green beret?
I am a junior in high school and i would like to know if anyone could give me any tips on how to start training, physically and mentally, for becoming a member of the Special Forces?
Run until you puke.....then keep running. drink lots of water and have someone yell at you and make you feel like your the lowest lifeform on the planet...run some more...do push ups and sit ups.......run some more but with a backpack full of rocks....and change your socks frequently....learn all the knots you can...intermediate first aid....and if at all possible all the firearms practice you can get. All of this followed by more running, sit ups, push ups, and pull ups.
