I have a question for those of you who have a G36 airsoft gun. Please help!?
I am probably going to get a red dot of somesort for my JG G36K. Now I'm curious as to if the rear iron sight will get in the way of the red dot scope. I am looking at getting one of two different red dots. One is a Leapers red/green dot scope. The other is an NC Star 1x25 red/green dot sight. Will either of these be ineffective due to the rear iron sight? Or will one of these work better than the other?
I have a JG G36C that I now loan out and I had the same problem you did! Yes, the rear iron sight (and sometimes the front one) through the reticle get in the way.
I purchased a leapers red/green dot scope (it is a very nice red dot, I would recommend it). It came with a standard 30mm rail mount that made the scope flush to the rail, but I decided in order to get over the iron sights to use a cantilever 30mm mount instead!
This is the cantilever mount I use!
