How can I change my theme color on my vista computer?
I would like to pick the graphite color. But for some reason when i go to my desk top and right click and I try to open Window color and apperance a window opens (that is not the normal color change window) and I can not change the colour of the borders of my windows.
Right click on your desktop, go to personalize, then window color and aperiance, then click the color you like then click OK
