Can someone suggest a good option for reshafting my Taylor Made R7 Driver?
I have two TaylorMade R7 9.5 degree drivers. In one I have the stock 65 gram shaft with regular flex. I am hooking it badly. In the other, I have a Grafalloy ProLaunch Blue firm shaft (mid low kick point). This one I'm slicing consistently. I have played around with the adjustable weights with no success. I think the answer might be a firm shaft with a higher kick point. I am a 14 hdcp with a 100-105 mph driver swing speed. My usual drive distance is 250-270 with an occasional bomb mixed in when I hit it perfectly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
IT's hard to pick a shaft without you having a custom fitting session.
But judging from your distance, you will need a Stiff flex shaft.
