im getting a new driver and im narrowed down to my two options and want to know what to get?
Nike SQ Sumo2 5900 9.5* Driver Regular Flex or the Callaway FT-9 IMIX Driver LH 10* Draw ZCOM R-Flex. I dont know what i would want more and i dont know what would have better performance so i want some opinions so if you have either of these drivers or the same brand just leave a comment if you liked it or not?
Nearly all golf equipment experts (i.e. Golf Digest Hotlist) make a point of saying to remember to always "Try Before You Buy." This is completely true. Neither the Nike or the Callaway driver is an inherently better driver that the other one, and not even the CEOs of either company would try to convince you otherwise. You have to try them out and see which one tailors to you game the best, or which one gets you better results. If neither one stands out as better than the other for you, then you can't go wrong with either so just pick one, don't fret it just flip a coin or something because you will become used to whichever one you buy. As far as places to try out the drivers, lots of clubs ( I don't know whether or not you belong to a club) and public courses will have demo clubs you can try out, and these two may be included. Also, many stores such as Golf Town, Golf Galaxy (maybe), and Dick's Sporting Goods have virtual golf simulators that show the exact flight of the ball and tell you the exact distance your ball would have traveled and how far left or right it would have gone had you been on a real course. Search for these types of stores in your local area and there will definitely be something fairly nearby. Don't ask other people how they liked their clubs (or at least don't rely on their answers for your decision), but find which one is best for you ON the course, you have to try it out before purchasing it.
