would this dress be suitable for a cocktail party?
i've got a function coming up (a football club season launch) and the dress is lounge suit (suit and tie) for guys, so i thought that this may mean cocktail for girls?
i want to buy this dress, but i'm not sure if its too flashy or not. thoughts?

This would totally work, its so cute and not to extravagant. I like the idea of the shrug too, gives it a bit more sophistication. I say go for it!
