how to get my start button and icons back?
there are no icons or a start button on my desktop just a wallpaper, is it a virus and how do i get the icons and start button back? ctrl-alt-dlt explorer does not work, what else is there?
If you already tried Ctrl-Alt-Del (Run New Task) explorer.exe ...
Does this happen every time you restart your computer?
If so it could be an infection of some kind. If you have a scanner, use it and check it out. I've seen mini-infections crash explorer before.
