The Greeks, Italians and medditaraneans all use allot of it and thye are arguably the best looking people in the world.
lol im italian (100%) so ill say thats arguable as well. lol too cute. however, it is proven that olive oil above any other oil is both good internally and externally. it imporves hair follecules and strengthens nails as well, it helps your complexion. its less fattening than any other oil aside from grape seed oil too. many beneifts come form using olive oil. its a great cuticle moisturizer too
