Fake or Authentic Callaway Razr Hawk 3 wood and 3 hybrid Golf Clubs??
I recently purchased a Callaway Razr Hawk 3 wood and 3hybrid on Ebay. I was trying to determine if it was a fake. On Callaways website it says you shouldnt be able to stick a magnet to either of them since there made from titanium and magnets do no stick to titanium. Well a Magnet sticks to them. the 3 wood has no serial number, but the hybrid has a serial number etched into the hosel with a funny looking picture by it. Please help. Thanks
the hybrid is legit, I am leary about the 3 wood. Thanks for all your help
Buddy, it looks like they may have got you. If you go to the Callaway website, you can look for a couple of subtle differences in the designs. Take note of the sharpness of the letters in "Callaway", shape and position of the X, and how many and the length of the grooves on the face of the club. Let the seller know what you find, and you should get a refund, although you may have to front the bill on the shipping. If the seller won't cooperate, hopefully paypal will work something out for you.
