Aid Swing
Question about a golf training aid?

Has anyone used a swing groover? If so has it helped you any, or would it be just throwing money away. I would like to use something at home for practice making more solid contact, and it looks like something that might work.

If you are doing something wrong in your golf swing, then the groover may help change it, or it may help groove that bad swing permanently.

I prefer something like the Medicus that uses natural body swing mechanics to generate a proper swing. Helps with strength too.

Solid contact can only be seen at the golf driving range or on a golf simulator (there are some inexpensive ones). I don't think the groover is the way to go.
