Help on Adams Irons evolution?
I'm looking to buy a set of Adams Irons and am a little confused about the product history. I guess from the Adams site, that the IDEA TECH A4 is the latest product, preceded by the IDEA A3. I see online at rockbottomgolf, that there are A2, which I think came out in 2005 or 2006, so I assume they preceded the A3. But I also see a set they called IDEA TECH. Does anyone know where these fit in the evolution of this series? Are they an A1 or between the others or something separate altogether? I just bout an Adams BUL 5000 Driver and like it very much. I demoed the A3 and like them too. Thanks in advance.
i have used the adams irons/hybrids for years and yes you are rright your timeline is correct idea tech was a step in each catagorie of set there was a a2 - a3 and now they have the a3ech it is just the next step in the line of adams there is also idea gold and idea pro gold i am using the pro gold right now and i absolutely love them the best clubs i have ever had all around great clubs the os means oversized btw easier to hit thats it
if you want a real good set if you liked the a3 look around for the 2007 set they run about 399.00 right now brand new and if i can find a set i will buy them just to have them adams is on the way up believe me also if you like the bul check out the insight xtd even better just upgraded to the new insight tech with a matrix ozik shaft and the new fw/hybrids 16* and 19* and love them too try them all you will not be disappointed also if you still have the stock shaft on the bul consider upgrading it it will get better too good luck
